An outraged mum of a boy with special needs claims he was forced to perform a sex act on a school bus.
The Texan says she is now suing the boy's school after her son was allegedly made to perform oral sex on another child when he was just eight-years-old.
"Parents need to know this happened in this school," she ABC13 told.
The boy who is diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia, and dysgraphia, among other disabilities, is claimed to have been pressured by an older child to perform oral sex.
The alleged incident happened in autumn 2018, as he was travelling on the school bus home.

The mum, who is not being identified for legal reasons, said: "My son said he asked him every day on the bus and during school and he finally got to the point where he said, 'Well, if I do it, will you stop asking me?' My son said he just wanted it to stop."
She alleges the offence happened twice and has now taken legal action after getting nowhere with the school.
She also claims the boy has nightmares about what happened and has had to undergo therapy.
"It's something he's going to live with forever," she said.

"The school district has a duty to protect our children and they have not done so."
Holly Terrell, the mother's lawyer said: "I cannot imagine going to school every day knowing that a little boy, two to three years older than me, is going to ask me to do that every single day and no one is going to protect me.
"I cannot imagine. They should have responded in a different way."
