Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have chosen to invite their friends over for Christmas, and it'll be the second year running they haven't spent December 25 with Prince Charles.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex invited pals David Foster, 71, and singer Katharine McPHee, 36, to their LA home.
Ms McPhee married Mr Foster in 2019, with the American idol star saying Harry and her husband have "a really, really beautiful relationship."
She added they are "like father and son".
Mr Foster, a 16-time Grammy winning record producer, is a year younger than Harry's father Prince Charles, writes the Express.
A source close to the Sussexes told Marie Claire: “Meghan very much wants to host the first Christmas at their new home with her mum.
“She’s really excited and is planning on doing all the traditions she grew up with as a child, including the cooking.
They’ve also invited David and Katherine to spend it with them. David had mentioned Harry and Meghan going to theirs but Meghan wants it at home.

“They want to get on with their new lives. Christmas with Harry’s family is not in the plan.”
Prince Charles, 72, Prince William, 38, and Harry, 36, usually spend the festive season at Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.
Charles and wife Camilla, 73, are expected to stay at their Highgrove home in Gloucestershire this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Kate Middleton and William initially planned to celebrate December 25 with the children and Kate's side of the family in Berkshire.
However, Berkshire has now been placed under Tier 4 lockdown restrictions.
They were set to be joined by sister Pippa Middleton, James Matthews and their son Arthur.

Whereas the Queen, 94, and the Duke of Edinburgh, 99, are staying at Windsor Castle for Christmas.
This is the first time this tradition has been broken since 1987.
Prince Harry has been sending presents to his brother and the Cambridge family ahead of the big day, a royal expert claims.
Katie Nicholl told True Royalty TV’s The Royal Beat: “I think relations are better between them.
“I know they are in touch, they do talk.
“Harry has sent over loads of Christmas presents for the Cambridge children.
“They will Zoom, they will chat over the holidays.
“There is contact, there is friendly contact.”
