Meghan Markle's picture book The Bench is not being stocked in the Queen's online store.
The Duchess of Sussex's 169-word effort was not included in the online Royal Collection Shop 'storytime' section of children’s books.
They include Paddington at the Palace for £6.99 and Peppa Pig Meets The Queen for £4.99.
Meghan, 39, has claimed her book was inspired by a poem she wrote for Harry on his first Father's Day and a "love story" of him and Archie, the Sun reports.
The picture book topped the New York Times Bestsellers List for children's picture books but sold just 3,212 copies in the UK its first week since publication on June 8.
But plunged more than 95 places in a week to crash out of the Amazon top 100 books in the UK, with the firm slashing its price by nearly 40%.
The Bench has been met with a mixed response both among literary critics and customers on websites such as Amazon, where the book's ratings are polarised between five-star and one-star reviews.
It currently boasts 4.6 stars out of 5 in average Amazon reviews, but the write-up voted most helpful gave it an "abysmal" 1.0 stars.
Regular reviewer Becky Sharp, of Newmarket, Suffolk, who bought the book on June 8, wrote: "I taught English for some years and this is exactly the sort of dull, uninspired writing that makes teachers' hearts sink, which just plods from start to finish with nothing to excite or engage a small child.
She continued: "It just doesn't make sense, has no plot, no story and nothing to appeal to children except possibly the illustrations which are pleasant enough in a naïve way, but the whole thing comes across as bland and dull and pointless. The whole thing is just a bit of a mess."
A message on the Royal Collection Trust website’s kids’ book section states: “Tuck the children into bed with a bedtime story from the official royal gift shop.

“Telling tales of The Queen’s search for the perfect birthday crown to wear for her party, Paddington Bear’s visit to Buckingham Palace, or when Peppa Pig met The Queen.
“These books are full to the brim with colourful illustrations and delightful narratives which are sure to inspire the children.”
Plugging her book in chat with a US radio station last month, the former Hollywood actor, 39, said the poem that runs through her book is inspired by the relationship between her husband and their son Archie.
