OnlyFans star, 22, arrested for posting ‘obscene materials’ under anti-porn laws

OnlyFans star Titus Low Kaide has been arrested in Singapore, charged with “transmitting obscene materials”.

The 22-year-old influencer was taken into custody after police received reports that he had “transmitted images and videos of his private parts” online.

If found guilty, Low could face two years in jail as well as a significant fine.

He has since uploaded a 9-minute rant to YouTube saying that he does’t know who reported him to the authorities, or why they did so.

“We only create content for people who are our age and wish to have content they want to see,” he said. “And all this is on the basis of everything is consensual,” he said.

“So,” Low continued, “we don’t force you to watch our content, we don’t force you to pay, it’s not open for public consumption, and if I don’t impede on your life and your lifestyle, to the person who reported me, why are you impeding in mine?”

He continued: “It’s OnlyFans. I have to create specific content for specific adults. We are both willing …like buyer and seller."

Low – who says OnlyFans was his main source of income – ended the video by saying he was going to suspend his account and planned to co-operate with the Singaporean authorities.

He told fans on Twitter: "Hi everyone! I won’t be posting on my OF for the time-being. ( will update accordingly) however, you still can support on my other platforms.

Another onlyFans performer, Jada Saur, told The Guardian that she believed Low had been singled out because of the nature of the material he was uploading.

She says Low was only in trouble because he had been posting “guy-on-guy content” – homosexuality remains illegal in Singapore.

“It’s super scary because I think a lot of people are going to stop making OnlyFans content,” she added, saying that in future OnlyFans performers might have to take steps to conceal their identities online.
