A sick paedophile who had videos of dog sexual abuse that were so disturbing cops had to call in senior officers was only caught after his phone was searched over a separate offence.
Douglas Moore has since been jailed for a string of vile acts of sex abuse against animals and children.
Grim evidence seized from the 34-year-old’s devices showed he had been committing abhorrent sex acts on the dog for a long period of time.

The creep scoured the dark web to view even more extreme content with Moore trying to set up meetings to abuse dogs and children and swap material with others.
Cops didn’t find any evidence that the suggested meet-ups had ever taken place but proof for other offences was so extensive he had no option but to plead guilty.
The poor dog has since been rescued following the pervert’s arrest at his Stockport home on November 8, 2021 on suspicion of bestiality, possession of extreme pornography and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal.
The pervert was also found with cannabis and was also writing obscene articles online before Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court convicted him of 24 counts of multiple sex offences, including having intercourse with an animal. He was jailed for five years.

He was further convicted for possession of an extreme pornographic image or images portraying an act of intercourse, and intentionally encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence of intercourse with an animal.
Moore was also convicted of child sex offences including making indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child and attempting to arrange the commission of child sex offences.

PC Pete Howes, from the Online Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation Command, said: “Upon discovery of the original video we took immediate and decisive action to identify Moore and save the dog.
"I am happy to say the dog is now safe and well and being cared for.
“The scale of evidence compiled meant Moore was left with no option but to plead guilty. I'm pleased he is now in jail where he belongs.
"It is no exaggeration to say that this investigation may well have spared more animals, and humans, from coming to incredibly serious harm.”
