Prince Charles ‘snubs’ Andrew’s 60th birthday party at Windsor

Prince Andrew ’s siblings were reportedly nowhere to be seen during the underfire royal’s 60 th birthday bash.

But, that didn’t stop top businessmen and politicians from attending the party at Royal Lodge, the Windsor residence he shares with ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

It is understood a group of 50 pals were at the bash last week, but others were invited who declared themselves “unavailable”.

A source told The Daily Mail: "Neither of Andrew’s brothers was there, nor Princess Anne, but it was a wonderful party.

"A really good range of people."

High profile guests who attended were billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, actor Sir John Standing, racing heir Guy Sangster and Liu Xiaoming, China’s UK ambassador.

Andrew has a close relationship with Chinese ambassador Xiaoming and spent time with him earlier this year.

Xiaoming said on his Twitter account: “My wife and I invited the Duke of York and his family to our residence and celebrated Chinese New Year.”

Guests who turned down attending the party may have decided to distance themselves from the underfire royal.

Prince Andrew was blasted over his close friendship with billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The royal was pictured with Epstein after the sicko was convicted of being a paedophile.

He is also alleged to have had sex with Virginia Guiffre , something the prince strongly denies.

Daily Star Online has approached Buckingham Palace for comment .
