Royal fans will never see Prince Harry in his iconic wedding outfit again after he gave up all his military titles.
When he stepped down from official royal duties, his honorary titles were also removed, which means he is no longer allowed to wear official military dress at public events.
In 2018, when Harry and Meghan Markle were married, Hello magazine said the Queen would have given permission for the Duke of Sussex to wear his "single-breasted uniform made of doeskin".
As Captain General of The Royal Marines, the magazine says he could have worn a general's outfit, but instead chose to wear a major's uniform, to pay tribute to his former regiment.
His older brother Prince William also wore a matching ensemble and their special outfits were reportedly carefully crafted by Dege & Skinner on Savile Row.
When Prince William married Kate Middleton, Hello said he "opted for military dress" too when he wore the vibrant the red Irish Guards Mounted Officer’s uniform.
Harry will still be allowed to wear his military medals, including his Operational Service Medal for service in Afghanistan.

He has already worn medals in the US, when he laid a wreath for Remembrance Day in 2020.
Harry has looked dapper in many military outfits over the years, including a bright-red dress uniform he wore for his then title as Captain General of the Royal Marines at the Mountbatten Festival of Music in March 2020.
In April 2021, when Prince Phillip's funeral was held at Windsor Castle, the decision was taken for all royal men to forgo the tradition of wearing military dress in order for them to look unified.
It comes after Harry bravely spoke up about the mental health struggles he faced during his time as a senior member of the Royal Family, in an eye-opening Apple Tv+ documentary.
