A Twitch streamer was forced to call the emergency services after her home was set on fire.
Kaitlyn Siragusa, from Houston in Texas, was targeted on Friday, August 13 – but thankfully escaped unscathed.
The 27-year-old goes by the name Amouranth online, and regularly posts racy content on Twitch and OnlyFans.
Kaitlyn posted on Twitter on August 14: “Yesterday, late in the evening there was a fire along the side of my home originating from the area where my trashcan is kept.
“The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, but investigators strongly suspect arson.
“They are reviewing surveillance footage, neighbours' surveillance footage and possibly other videos adjacent to the area to try and catch the potential suspect.”
Back in 2020, someone tried to shoot fireworks at Kaitlyn’s house before they were arrested.
She referred to “swatting” in the Twitter thread – illegally obtaining a streamer’s personal information before dispatching emergency services to their address.
Kaitlyn went on: “If you’re a streamer I cannot stress this enough.

“Be proactive, talk to them [law enforcement], they won’t understand but having your location ‘flagged’ can mean all the difference in a tense stand-off type situation; literal life and death.
“You might want or set up like a safe or password so they can (such as in my situations) know when it’s a ‘real threat’ and to roll in full force…”
Last month, Kaitlyn revealed she’d joinedOnlyFansafter being banned and demonetised by Twitch in the past for breaking rules on “sexually suggestive” content.

Kaitlyn made some controversial Just Chatting streams on Twitch, including one in which she licked a microphone while lying in bed.
She was last penalised by theplatform back in May after broadcasting in a bikini from a hot tub.
She revealed at the time: "Yesterday I was informed that Twitch has Indefinitely Suspended Advertising on my channel.
"Twitch didn't reach out in any way whatsoever. I had to initiate the conversation after noticing, without any prior warning, all the ads revenue had disappeared from my Channel Analytics."
But the move led to hundreds of fans subscribing to her on OnlyFans in a matter of hours.
She currently charges $8.24 (around £6) a month for fans to see her sexy content, which includes “intimate stuff” like “roleplay”, “bondage” and “teasing” videos.
