Thomas Markle, father to Meghan Markle, has said that his daughter was 'full of praise' for him in an old online blog, but that now 'suddenly she doesn't like me'.
Talking to Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain yesterday, Thomas threw several allegations at his daughter.
Among other things, he told her to "grow up" and said that "she's pretty much disowned both sides of her family".
Interestingly, whilst opening up about the famously acrimonious father-daughter relationship, he claimed that the two used to be on good terms and that she has only recently turned against him.
Before marrying Prince Harry and entering the Royal Family, Meghan kept an online blog called The Tig in which she documented different aspects of her life including health tips, funny or heart-warming stories and food recipes.
The Suits actress closed down her blog in April 2017, but her father reckons that it reveals the truth about their relationship before she became a royal.
He told GMB: "If you go back in the history and read Meghan's Tig that she had on the internet, you'll find hundreds of things where she praises me and now suddenly it's like she doesn't know me.
"Take the time, read Tig, find Tig, and find out what she says about me."
Unfortunately, the only thing left on The Tig's website is Meghan's farewell post addressed "to all my Tig friends".
An avid fan has collected some of the deleted blog posts and created a database on Tumbler, but the only reference in the database to Thomas is during a discussion about race that doesn't pass opinion on the man.
During his heated GMD discussion, Thomas also revealed that he considered suing Meghan and Harry so he could see his two grandchildren Archie and Lilibet.
He said: "People have suggested in California that I sue, to see my kids, and I think if I did that, I'd be a hypocrite, I'd be doing the same thing that Meghan and Harry are doing.
"I don't want to include my grandchildren in this kind of situation, I want to see my grandchildren with friendly parents and friendship all around."
